Rinspeed UC? Electric Commuter Concept Unveiled Before Geneva

Feb 15, 2021 - By Chris Weiss

Swiss design firm Rinspeed will be displaying a new urban electric concept at this year’s Geneva Motor Show and has provided a number of pictures and information on the stout, little two-seater today. The UC? (Rinspeed includes the question mark as part of the name) is part of a greater mobility concept that envisions the cars packing onto Europe’s efficient trains via custom railcars for longer trips. While aboard, the UC? will get charged from the purpose-built railcar.

The electric concept features a lithium-ion battery pack that provides up to 65 miles of range. The commuter is capable of a top speed just over 74 mph.

Rinspeed developed the UC? concept with production in mind and is currently looking for partners. Inspect it further in the gallery below. [via AutoBlogGreen]
