After a couple teaser shots and some spy photos, the Dodge Durango is officially out there. At least the exterior of it. Dodge released a number of photos of the new, styled and sculpted Durango today and it’s a marked improvement over the last generation.
Dodge hasn’t yet released too much spec or performance information on the 2011 Durango, which will share 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 and 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine options with the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The company is also holding back on interior photos, save for a stray teaser of the steering wheel.
If you want to get all up in the grille of the new Durango, Dodge is currently on a trek from Auburn Hills down to Virginia Beach where it will sponsor the “Dodge Rock ‘n’ Roll Virginia Beach Half Marathon presented by SunTrust” this weekend. You can catch three Durango models on the drive between Michigan and Virginia. Otherwise just check out the half dozen pictures below. [via Inside Line]
